Terms of Service

Effective date: August 4, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of wagandwiggle.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it, operated by Wag & Wiggle (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you’re under that age, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Products, pricing, and orders

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can happen, including supplier-side changes. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before charging or shipping, and you can cancel for a full refund. Product images are representative; minor variations in color or packaging, common with imported goods, can occur. All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and duties unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm and process your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supplier unavailability, and will refund you in full if we do. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers; we don’t store your full card details.

3. Shipping and returns

Because products ship from overseas suppliers, delivery windows are longer than typical domestic retail, so please review that policy before ordering. 4. Intellectual property and acceptable use

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or resell Site content, or interfere with the Site’s operation. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.

5. Third-party links and disclaimers

The Site may link to third-party sites, such as social media and payment providers. We’re not responsible for their content or practices; review their own terms and privacy policies separately. The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we don’t guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wag & Wiggle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms. This clause doesn’t limit liability where prohibited by law, such as for gross negligence, fraud, or consumer-protection rights that can’t be waived in your jurisdiction.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Colorado, unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
